The Scotsman Ice 1 is a superb entry level machine which offers the quality you'd expect at a budget price.  The Ice 1 is capable of making a kilo of supercube ice every hour and storing up to 14 kilos in the class-leading, extra large and easily accessible storage bin.   The full range of over 100 self-contained and modular machine options offer four types of ice:

Supercube - AKA the 'Gourmet' cube, considered the best cube in appearance, clarity and hardness. Slow-melting solid thimbles of pure ice, perfect for drinks 'on the rocks'. 

Superdice - A range of economical, compact modular systems producing a high-yield from a small footprint, perfect for large bars and quick-service outlets.

Flake/Scale - Granular flake and smooth scale ice are generally used for the fishing industry and retail sectors.  Flake ice machines are also perfect for cocktail bars as the ice is easier to blend than a standard cube.

Nugget/Chiplet - Individual small nuggets of ice produced for self-service dispense - automatically and hands-free to reduce the risks of contamination, perfect for hospitals, cafetarias and cinemas to name a few.
