For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognises no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.  By communicating with us you agree to allow IceCool-Direct to use the contact information provided for marketing and research purposes.  

The information we collect is used primarily to process customer orders but may also be used periodically to contact consumers for marketing purposes.  Information gained or offered by customers is used to improve the content of our Website pages, used to customise the content and/or layout of our pages for individual consumers.   

If you do not want to receive such marketing activity from us in the future or wish to advise us of any changes, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing. 

IceCool-Direct does not offer for reward any customer information to unconnected third parties.  In carrying out the duties of a re-seller of goods from third party suppliers customer information will automatically be forwarded to the specific supplier regarding contact and delivery details.  Customers should contact the supplier directly regarding information held by that supplier.

IceCool-Direct does not retain any financial details of its customers.  No usable financial information is gathered during on-line payments except the customer information outlined above.  Payments made using financial information provided either verbally or written are used solely for processing the payment and then safely destroyed.  Consequently, subsequent orders will require financial information to be re-entered for each additional purchase.
