Large to Extra Large Production
The Scotsman range of industrial ice makers includes machines capable of up to a huge 23,000kg/24hr. There are three types of industrial ice maker:
Modular Flake Systems (MF) - Granular ice of irregular size and shape up to 2,500kg/24hr.
Horizontal Scale Systems (MAR) - Smooth flat ice produced on the outside of a horizontal cylinder, includes land based and on-board systems, up to 2465kg/24hr.
Vertical Scale Systems (EVE) - Smooth flat ice produced on the inside of a vertical cylinder, includes land based and on-board systems, up to 23,000kg/24hr.
