IceCool-Direct is able to offer a unique service to our customers. Operating from our base in the East of England we can deliver locally both cube and crushed ice straight to your door. We call this service Crisis Ice as we're the ones to call when you're having a crisis about ice. Crisis Ice will deliver to any establishment, commercial or residential. Our ice is perfect for restaurants & bars, outside functions, private parties (home or office), BBQs & garden parties, food presentation & storage and many other occassions. You may also be interested to browse our 'unreal' ice sculptures for these events also. Don't worry if you're further away, we have a network of contacts around the country that we can put you in touch to provide a similar service.

Deliveries within the Peterborough city area are free of charge. Orders received further afield will be discussed prior to delivery and may include a delivery charge depending on the distance and quantity of ice concerned. However, in any such case, we will aim to keep our charges as low as possible. Minimum delivery, which can be made up with a combination of cube and crushed ice, is just 15kg (10x1.5kg bags) @ £20 inc VAT. Please call us to discuss your requirements and get a quote.

Crisis Ice supplies ice in an emergency or for special occassions 'just in time'. We're not a 24-7 operation but we will aim to fit in around your requests, within reason. Ideally, if you need ice on a regular basis we'd suggest that you invest in an icemaker.
